Roto-Rooter came out to our house today, and the service was EXCELLENT. Freddy (employee # 3702) was extremely personable and helpful. He spared no time to help us understand our plumbing issues. While the results of his research were not good for us and our home, he solved the problem for the time being and set us at ease for the work to come. I'm very grateful to him for his explanation of our issues, and we will definitely call Roto-Rooter if we have future issues.

Eda in the office sent Leonard Papa and Mario to our home to deal with some leaks in our water lines that froze during the recent spell of subfreezing temperatures. Every single one of the dozen plumbing companies we contacted were so busy that they wouldn't provide so much as an estimate on when we could expect some help with our problems. One other company offered an appointment only to rescind it offering only a vague estimate when they could help. Only Eda and Houston Plumbing Services rode to our rescue the very next day and located and repaired about 10 leaks getting our water back after 10 days. Leonard and Mario were patient and entirely professional and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. As a result, we now have water. Without a doubt, Houston Plumbing Services gained a loyal customer today and it's our pleasure to recommend this fine business without reservation.

The Legacy Church in Alvin experienced non working leaking valves on men's and women's restrooms that caused low water pressure throughout the building. To prevent costly water usage the water line was shut off to the worship facility and M&M Plumbing was called the next day. M&M immediately responded and made temporary repairs until the correct valve internal parts could be ordered, delivered and installed. This timely response allowed the building to be reopened and there was no interruption to our worship services; thank you!!. After permanent repairs were made, the plumbing valves and fixtures are like new, all working in harmony! The Legacy Church sends their blessing!

The crew that came to my house (Esai, Romeo, & Jonas) were extremely respectful of my home, and provided options for repairs that were relayed in a way that was easy to understand. They were obviously very knowledgeable, and worked diligently. The turnaround to get the initial appt./estimate, as well as to get the repair completed, was very quick. Speedway Plumbing have come to our house on a few occasions over the past two years for plumbing repairs and also for our shower renovation. We really appreciated the great service and good sound advice especially with a very tricky bathroom renovation. We are now renovating the kitchen and there are some tricky plumbing challenges that I will only trust Speedway Plumbing to solve.

Had a pipe pop like so many I'm sure from this freeze. Chris had been working all day but squeezed us in as his last call this evening. I've used him for many repairs in the past from sprinklers to leaks and he always does a great job. Plus he's a Bellaire guy and I love supporting somebody local.

Honestly I don’t leave reviews but Anthony was so helpful i couldn’t not. I live in the Abby apartments and didn’t expect anyone to even show up this late at night but he fixed my over flowing sink that was pouring onto the floor and cleaned up afterwards definitely 5 stars

The lady was really rude and scolded me for not answering my phone. I called and left a message saying someone would be there, earlier apparently she didn't listen to my message. Oh well they lost at least $500.00 worth of business, off to find professionals!

I ended up doing it myself! If I had used your services I would have paid a lot more and waited at least another week without hot water. Your technician was courteous and respectful, but had a lot of work to do before me. I don't see why he came by to tell me he could only start the job sometime after the weekend. Ugh!

Early Monday Vossler messed up my kitchen, didn't repair a thing, with a commitment they would be back the next day, but now it's Thurs night and they are completely no responsive.
