Scam artist. They are not professional at all. They tried to rip me off big time. Im glad called another plumber and cost me 1/10 of their price.

Sebastian was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me options for the repair so that the repair would be effective and work within my budget. He also offered financing options. He told me, in detail, what was causing the problem, and what I could expect in the future. I will definitely call Sebastian again for my plumbing needs.

The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters. Called on a Saturday morning and they were out within a few hours. I lost power to half of my house. The technician (Ricardo) came out and after a through inspection found what was wrong and how to fix it. I was given options and prices on what my house needed as far as electrical work. I feel he was honest and fair.

The service was prompt, efficient and professional. I had a copper pipe in the garage wall that froze and ruptured. They made the repair, pressure tested the line and insulated the new pipe. They cleaned up the mess and left the space open to dry fully.I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I have always called them for plumbing fixes, they are competent and don't take all day to finish.Got a chance to meet the owner, Mr Julio Chavez who fixed the whole screwed up job under my kitchen sink..... done by the Harvey contractors SMH. Mr Chavez had to leave and get additional parts, and he did an excellent job.

Steven and Cisco did a great job on our toilet repair. They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and cost effective. I will definitely be using their services again in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

When we did research, A1 Discount Plumbing was the least expensive. We were excited to visit with someone that is so fair with their pricing. The job was done very well and he and his assistant were very neat and respectful to my house. I was very pleased with this company and we will use them again. You will find them to be professional and inexpensive with their pricing. All thumbs up!

Hired Vossler to plumb a large commercial swimming pool project. Once hired they added unqualified labor in order to bill extra hours. While in the middle of the project they changed their price sheet and would not honor their original pricing. During the project mistakes were made in the plumbing that caused catastrophic failure that ultimately caused damage to several really expensive pumps that had to be replaced. Vossler came our and fixed the mistakes then CHARGED ME for the repairs.......I refused to pay the bill, so they filed an illlegal lien on the property, by filing the lien over 30 days past the legal timeframe allowed by lying on the paperwork filed with the county. Sooooo, we were forced to pay the bill, and replace the damaged equipment. While going through all of this more plumbing mistakes have been found and we were forced to do the repairs ourselves until the lien was resolved. Now that it is resolved they have agreed to warranty their work, yet 3 more leaks have been found by the property owners, so we scheduled an appointment for the repairs, but they did not show up at all. 6 hours after the scheduled appointment we were sent an email stating a bunch of different excuses for each employee. I would NOT recommend Vossler Plumbing to anyone for anything.
