Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Do not use for any commercial jobs! This guy gave me a super low estimate and then tried to charge me 375 dollars for a 88.75 permit. He comes to the job site without the permit and then wanted me to pay him in advance for the permit and work. Sounds like a crook to me.Update based on owner's response: I was not fined, there was a repair needed and you tried to charge me 375 dollars for an 88.75 permit. I called a real plumber as well as the city of Houston and confirmed the price of the permit. Also when getting any permitting work done I was advised by THE CITY OF HOUSTON to NEVER EVER pay for anything up front on three separate occasions. I also called 3 other actual master plumbers for estimates and not a single one wanted any kind of payment up front. Who's the crook now?

M&M is the only company that I will call for plumbing work! Great people, friendly, and always gets the job done. This last time I had a list of projects I needed knocked out before the birth of my child, M&M came in and cranked out the whole list in a couple hours.

Called and spoke to Gilbert and asked for an estimate for a clogged drain. He refused to provide an estimate and said he could tell me once they saw it. On my way home, Gilbert said his guy was on his way to my house. When I arrived home, the guy said he had been waiting for an hour an half. Then, after looking at the pipe that was clogged, he said Gilbert told him to charge me $225. I asked him, Then why didn't he tell me that when I asked him for an estimate? I reluctantly agreed and 15 minutes later, he said he was done. We tested it and the pipe was still clogged. He said he would have to cut the pipe, but that it would cost more. I said to forget it. He was already charging me $225 for 15 minutes of work, I could only image what he would charge me to keep working on it. He went to his truck and said that after talking to Gilbert, he could do it for another $75. I agreed since I had to have it repaired. This time, he did fix it, but not after walking away like you have just been hustled. I give 2 stars because at least he fixed it.

I had an emergency and needed to have my tub stopper pulled out because it was stuck. I randomly googled plumbing services and stumbled upon imperial plumbing. I am so glad I made this decision the staff were so friendlyand helpful. The technician that camewas Alex he was so patient, kind, and very attentive I was so impressed with the service. I will definitely be recommending imperial plumbing to family and friends. I wish I could rate 10 stars!

I called this company after the freeze on 12/26. They charged me $300 to secure an appointment that they failed to show up for. They are a SCAM. Do not give them your money. They came up for me when I searched Houston plumber and had good reviews. They have been not responsive in refunding my money too. I’m a small business owner and I would never dream of treating a customer like this.

Terrible! Zero stars! I was referred to this company by home warranty (which by the way said they are the only company that services my area). This technician for company came in for 2 minutes and said he would be back later with the parts and walked out. He never came back. I followed up with the company and they said they contacted the home warranty to verify coverage...never saying they could not do the repair or why they had to verify. Again never heard back from them. Followed up with them again and they said the service job is not covered by my home warranty. I called my home warranty and they said the service job is covered...however Kintex Plumbing reported that the problem I had was due to faulty installation. SCAM!!!! I have never had any other company repair. Reading the reviews of this company they have done this before. Do not use!!
