They are dishonest. A while back they sold us a water heater we didnt need the original problem was an odor coming from the area near our water heater. Nothing changed at all. Nothing was wrong with the original heater! They refused to do anything to help us. No effort at all to do the right thing. All they want to do is find problems and sell you stuff. The estimates are FREE...WOW! They have pulled this scam for at least 30 years. Ask your friends and neighbors if there's a good plumber they know of. That sappy commercial makes me laugh!
