The owner and the technician (Chris) both went above and beyond to provide an excellent service in replacing my water heater. Excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services.

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. Incredibly professional, honest, and fairly priced. Leonard Papa and his co-worker installed our new garbage disposal in 30 minutes and were able to diagnose the cause of our low water pressure and lack of hot water upstairs. Since we were new home owners, he even helped us find our water shutoff valve. Great company and great work, I will definitely use them from here on out!Edit 11/16: They came immediately when we had water leaking through our kitchen ceiling the first time we used the shower in our new home. They explored all the options possible before having to cut the ceiling, and in the end were able to diagnose the issue so we could properly file a claim.They are great for both scheduled maintenance and emergencies ?

David Hicks Plumbing was engaged to do a whole house water repiping job using PEX, for a single story ranch-style house with piping run in the attic. The new piping was required by the City of Houston to be insulated for freeze protection. Three faucet repairs followed and were necessitated due to deposited rust particles from the old galvanized iron piping. Ian, and his helper Jacob, did a great job. They were magicians in snaking the PEX down the inside of interior and exterior walls with a minimum of sheet rock work and no removal of wall or floor cabinets! Ian's follow-ups were much appreciated.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

Seemed pretty busy! And the voice automated system said “only offering services to current customers.” My call was put on hold a couple times, but resulted in being informed that a city main was broken in the area.

Ripped me off. $750 for less than one hour! No fuss job, replaced 6 inches of exposed copper pipe. Its no wonder he was the only available plumber.

Hexagon plumbing helped me with a leak I was having in my garage ceiling. They were on time, professional and so nice! They spent time figuring out the cause and were a big help. They are the only plumbing company I will use from now on. Thank you Hexagon for all your help!

I had an emergency and needed to have my tub stopper pulled out because it was stuck. I randomly googled plumbing services and stumbled upon imperial plumbing. I am so glad I made this decision the staff were so friendlyand helpful. The technician that camewas Alex he was so patient, kind, and very attentive I was so impressed with the service. I will definitely be recommending imperial plumbing to family and friends. I wish I could rate 10 stars!

John was the gentleman that came and provide excellent customers services. He was patience and articulate each step of the process so I was comfortable and understand what was going in with my sewer pipes. I understood the process and got the change to actual see it. Roel Murillo came out to inspect the ac unit because the air out of the vents was no longer cold. He found immediately the gas charge was low and offered to refill it, making clear the refill could leak out and what I really need for the longer term is a modern condenser and evaporator units. I took a chance on refilling the R-22 gas charge and 30 minutes later I have cold AC again.Mission AC has good communication in regards to setting the appointment and notifying you when the technician is in route.

Jose was very professional. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Pilix.
The shoe covers are a nice detail, by the way.

I have used them twice and i would give them 5 stars twice. They were sent through the house insurance and we were pleased each time. Not sure why the reviews below are negative, i would recommend them to everyone that I know when they need a plumber and I have! Thanks for the great work!
