We have a relatively new home (under 5 years) and signed a maintenance agreement with Abacus to keep your system in good condition. The first 2 times they were out, I received bids for thousands of dollars in additional services I didn't request. More recently, we were told our blower needed cleaning. The technician even showed us a photo. They gave us an expensive bid that did NOT include cleaning the blower. (That wasn't made clear until we specifically asked what the bid included.) We got a second opinion. The second technician also took a photo, and our blower was clean.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. God sent me Great Blessing through Houston Plumbing Services. I'm so grateful. Thank you for everything that you do for us. A really committed company with awsum worker's. I don't even know how I would ever be able to pay this forward. Thank you for this awsum gift of compassion. I will be referring them to everyone I know and I will definitely be calling them in the future for any Plumbing needs I may have. Again thank you with my whole ❤. I set up an appointment for TDT Plumbing to snake a drain line. I was provided their hourly rates so I could have an idea of what my total might be, which sounded fair and competitive to me. They were right on time and got straight to work, all while thoroughly answering all of my curious questions. I also needed an old gas valve and sewer clean-out cap replaced, and they were happy to help with that too since they did not have a pressing appointment after mine. They cleaned up their work areas as they worked and wore the necessary coverings/PPE, so we couldn't even tell they were there. I was glad to meet these guys and they will definitely be the first company I call for future plumbing issues.

I was looking for a plumber on Yelp and read some good reviews about Aaron’s Plumbing, so I decided to give them a try. I spoke to Gilbert on the phone and he gave me the initial quote then he sent some of his guys out. They’ve done two jobs for me so far on two homes that I own. They really respond, are professional, do what they say they’re going to do and they got out there so fast and got everything taken care of. The first job was a water leak coming from the sink in the kitchen. The second job was an AC repair job and another a plumbing inspection. I would definitely refer Gilbert and Aaron’s plumbing to anyone as he’s professional, and when he says he’s going to be there in thirty minutes, he’s there in thirty minutes. He responds quickly and has a professional crew. Also, he has the best pricing of anyone else.

Alex and team went above and beyond to locate and replace four pipes that had burst during the freeze. They always made sure I knew what they were doing and the status of the repair. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services, they are fair hardworking and knowledgeable.

Michael introduced himself, I told him where the unit was. He went right to work did his inspection, informed me or it’s condition and services that were offered by the company he represented. He was professional in what he did.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. My go-to plumbers going forward! Thank you, Pilix Plumbing!

This was not an easy replacement of our bathroom faucet as the old faucet was difficult to remove, but Jimmie and Ricky were excellent -- diligent, hard working, friendly, and incredibly professional. Thanks gentlemen. Basil N

Can’t even wash my dishes or use the Dishwasher.
It was left out of service.
Very Disappointed.
