Hawaii Plumbing Group has been contracted to replace all the plumbing in our high rise building. They just completed the stack where my unit is located. Project Manager, Peter and all the Hawaii Plumbing staff were very professional and considerate when they had to be in our unit. After all the work was completed, they came back thru and cleaned, patched and painted all areas that may have been bumped or nicked during the installation. They were especially considerate of our pet and made sure he was safe (since I had to be at work during the day). I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable.
