If you ever need to do any kind of plumbing work I would not hesitate to call this company. They work fast and very reliable. If I ever need to do anything again, they would be the first one I call.

What stands out about this company is the fact that they are always available for emergency issues. Our drains were blocked when we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner and when I called them, they showed up in less than an hour and none of our guests noticed we had problems.

We were very satisfied with the service, and the way everything was done in promised time. You don't get that much these days, so we would definitely recommend Matt's company to anyone who needs his services.

For drain cleaning they can't give you an estimate want to come out and give a quote and charge $60 bucks. Ok, no problem: scheduled arrival 7am-8:30am. Nobody shows up so I call to check at 8am for an ETA. They call me back at 8:35am that they can't arrive until 10am-12pm. Waste of time- I got up early and spent an hour and half waiting for nothing. Not reliable.

Did the work that was promised and at a very reasonable price.
Will definitely refer them to family and friends.

They did a wonderful job. Super nice guys who were helpful and knowledgeable. The price was fair and they were very helpful. Fixed the issue in no time!

Update: I had a little trouble with the opening and closing of my dishwasher because the wood didn’t fit at the bottom of the new one. Kama’aina was wonderful about coming back and mitigating it. Great customer service and really nice staff. Thank you Joseph!

As a HVAC Contractor here on Oahu I know good workmanship when I see it. Even more I know superior customer service when I witness it. My wife and I came home after a much needed week vacation to the mainland only to find our garage flooded from a hot water tank pipe leaking water every which way. Of course these things don’t happen when you’re at home, only upon returning late at night, tired, and the last thing you want to deal with. I turned the water off and called John early the next morning. As I explained my situation of returning home to a nightmare and desperately needing professional help with this water leak John compassionately set my mind at ease and explained that he was here to take care of my challenge and that I not need to worry as he was here for us. He told me that he would have one of his team members come by to evaluate the situation within the hour. Literally one hour after, and I am not exaggerating it was one hour after that phone call two of his teammates showed up, introduced themselves in such a respectful manner, diagnosed the problem and explained that they would return tomorrow with the materials and tools needed to fix this water leak. The next day, as promised, the same two friendly technicians showed up, also communicating the whole time via text in ETA’s, arrived, and up to date information on the repair, fixed the leak, cleaned up after themselves, and just went above and beyond my expectations which I have to admit are extremely high as I am in the customer service business (AC) and run my company in the format as John. Long story short, this company is amazing. Thank you for everything.

Janaison and Chris were on time, friendly, and professional. Their work was top-notch quality as well. Leading up to the work being done, this company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done on Oahu.

Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.

Mechanical and plumping shop. Good on Covid plan to keep employees safe.
