Best Repair/Replacement in Honolulu HI

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Hawaii Plumbing Group has been in my building doing a pipe refit in the building bathrooms for about three months now. They are doing a great job. They are responsive to requests I have made, and they have done everything they can to make me feel like I am a respected client. The plumbers, dry wall guys, and tile guys have all been respectful to any guests that I have had. I would definitely recommend them to other buildings for their pipe refitting issues.

I know the owner, Shane, through a business group and he is an awesome guy and I trust him. We had a couple of plumbing issues at my house this weekend. I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

I had an issue with my water heater. Unfortunately, living in the home for 20 years, this was an unexpected cost. I immediately called Steve's Plumbing and I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and quickness! I was able to schedule an appointment the following day! Being that we are experiencing a pandemic, I was thrilled. My plumbing technician, Audie, has been an absolute savior! He was one of the most professional, genuine, and kind-hearted individuals that I've experienced. Audie was not only knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain everything that would be done throughout the repair/replacement. Now, I'm not the most hands-on guy when it comes to maintenance issues throughout the home, but there was not one time where I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Have you ever called the Home Depot and tried to get assistance? Good luck on that, as I waited 20 minutes three different times, only to be told that I'll try to have someone in that department get back to you. I ordered blinds from the Home Depot at 421 Alakawa Street, and paid in advance for the installation. After waiting a week and not hearing back from anyone in the service department, I made several calls, spoke to the call center phone employee, who couldn't bring up the installation program in her computer and said she'd again relay the message to someone in the blind department. She went on to tell me that 20 minute waiting periods to speak to someone in the call center was routine, as there are very few call center employees, sometimes only one, and they are receiving 6-8 calls at the same time. The Home Depot doesn't understand customer service at all, and I don't recommend buying anything that they don't have right in front of you and that you can take home and install yourself. Forget about calling the Call Center. Go to Lowes!

They were nice and prompt but they damaged our pipe and caused us stress and damage to other apartments.
