From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

These guys are great. Service and the cost for what they did, can't be beat. Now I have these awesome SOLID Brass faucets that have 100 year warranty, even on the finish. I think the brand is Wolverine Brass and when I picked it up, I was not expecting it to be that heavy and I almost dropped it on my foot.

This business is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time and has no common courtesy. We booked an appointment for 9/17/21. We took off work today to make sure a plumber came out to our residence between 15:00-17:00. Then WE had to call the business after no one showed up after 17:00. This shows zero common courtesy. The lady who picked up the phone told us that she had to check the dispatcher, was just notified that the plumber booked to come by couldn’t make it, and no other plumber was able to come at all tonight. She asked us if we wanted to reschedule but no thank you… Why would we reschedule with a business who wastes time? Again, very unhappy with having to take off work and have our time wasted

I highly recommend virtues Plumbing. They are so responsive, professional and diligent in their work. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure my tankless water heater install went in smooth.

Typical slow drain in an old house. Service call scheduled, Roscoe and crew were prompt, courteous and followed virus protocols. They cleaned the areas they worked, even the door handles going out.

Flat rate quote is reassuring and they give a 3 month warranty to boot.

First class operation! Will not hesitate to use them again.

Morgan did it again! We had him work on our water pressure leak last year and he did a fantastic job. This time the job was simple, changing bath/shower fixtures but his communication and professionalism was as impressive as his quality of work. 100% will call him again the next time we need a good plumber at a fair price.

Staff was very helpful in helping fimd what I was looking for. Caahier was terrifically pleasant. Was a great shopping experience.

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!
