A very big thank you to Lewis and Pueo Plumbing! This is the 4th time I've used Pueo Plumbing and they really are the best! From the initial setting up of my appointment and throughout the entire process they have always been professional, courteous, and friendly. This time around Lewis was assigned to our plumbing job and he was great! He came by earlier than our scheduled appointment time and listened to all my concerns, then took the time to answer my many questions in a way which I could understand. He quickly got to work replacing our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and changed out an ill fitting ptrap that had been previously put in by another company. He then went outside to replace a bib with a new vacuum breaker. After all the work was done and he spotlessly cleaned up we proceeded to do a walk through of what had been replaced, explaining the features and functions of all the fixtures he had installed.

A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decade's old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

I've had an excellent experience with this company. Patrick was friendly, professional, and deftly cleared the clog in my kitchen sink.
