Best Hour Plumbing in Honolulu HI

Horrible company!!! I was given a 3 hr window from 9 to 12pm. At 10 to 12 I called and was told all dispatchers were busy and that they would return my call. At 12:15 they returned my call and told me that the plumber that was suppose to come to my residence had been stuck at a prior job for 2 hrs. and that they would send the next available plumber from Kalihi or Liliha as soon as they were done. By then it was 12:30. You would have thought out of common courtesy they would have called to tell me that they would be late, NO such luck, I had to call them. They gave me 2 options, wait for the next plumber, which by then I had been waiting 3 hrs and 40 minutes, or reschedule, not for a specific appointment, but for another 3 hr window. Most reputable company, because of their miss scheduling would have done that. Do Not Use this company, Poor Management!!!

Glenn showed up early. He called and asked if he could come early as his previous job was done quicker then scheduled. Of course! He unplugged a tub drain, replaced a broken pop top, caught a running toilet I didn’t even know was running and replaced a flapper. He then double checked all the toilets to be sure. I love that preventive maintenance. Saves me water and money. He explained everything in layman’s language. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I’d say I got my money’s worth and then some. Thank you Pueo Plumbing!

Two stars - because maybe the guy is special or is a brand new employee or was just having a bad day...
The gentleman who helped me at the counter sales desk was rude, incompetent, and didn't even know another employee who worked near him. Surprisingly, he didn't know a common plumbing part either. He said they don't sell it after saying he didn't know what it was. I asked him if they sold a universal replacement part taking the place of an original part. He said they didn't... yet we purchased a universal piece for it two days previous from the same counter sales desk, although from a different employee who I went to see today. Bottom Line: Today two stars because one employee was ridiculously out of place helping customers... He should be in a warehouse yelling at boxes and complaining to the teachers. However Ferguson over the years gets five of five stars.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

I have used Emergency Heating and Air twice and both times they were definitely a 5 star! Very reliable, professional, and knowledgeable!

Jetted 90' of 6 storm drain that was half full. It was not an easy job as some of the pipe was old and there were 2 bends. They ran a camera down the line when they finished and I was very happy with the job they completed.

Tony and his assistant are amazing! I called him to come fix a noisy pipe and they fixed it in less then 15 minutes. He has great service, communication and timeliness. Tony also has affordable rates so I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We had them run a waterline to our fridge. It had to go through the crawl space in the attic and the worker stepped off the beam and put a hole through our canec ceiling in the hallway. The owner would only pay for slapping some drywall mud to patch it or put up an access panel (WE ALREADY HAVE ONE). Both of those options would be highly visible. It was a perfectly good hallway prior. To fix it properly will cost almost $3000 and he is only willing to pay for half. He says it's unfair for him to pay for the whole thing. I have to pay $1500 for his worker's mistake? This was 2 months ago and nothings been done. I agree with other reviews. Do not go with this company. UNETHICAL!

Solved the immediate problem and effectively did their job. Between you and me the labor cost is where they get you.

I would be very careful using this company. We have hired this company in the past and they were okay, it's been a while and recently October 23, 2018 we hired them and the bottom line we were charged for what we felt wasn't reasonable. The working told us that he was going down to his truck to get a part and never showed up till 30-40 minutes later. We later found out that he left our property to get the part and yes we were charge their travel time to get the part. I wrote to their CEO and never got a reply back as we asked, a reply would be appreciated. It would have been nice for them to let us consumers that we would be charge in this case. As of this date November 12, 2018 still no reply. A complaint will also be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

Mechanical and plumping shop. Good on Covid plan to keep employees safe.

Dont ever call this unprofessinal company!!!! They dont show up on the time they tell you. They dont return your calls! Never never never call this company!!!!!!!! Trust me! You'll waste your money and time for this shity service! Find someone else BETTER!
