Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

During my house renovations a wet spot developed on the slab of my kitchen floor. When it came time to install the hard wood floor, the concrete sealer would not adhere to where the wet spot was. This delayed the floor installation. Pueo Plumbing came in to investigate the possibility of a leaking drain pipe. With their high tech camera probe and tracer they were able to pinpoint the source of the wet spot within a few minutes. There was an old 3” cast iron clean-out branch that was collapsed, which was traced right under the wet spot in the kitchen. I had been using the clean-out as a drain for a temporary sink during the renovations. The camera probe did the trick. With the wet spot problem solved I got my renovations back on track. Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decade's old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

The guy who came in to give us an estimate was professional but the price to change a valve was over the top expensive! The turnaround time for an estimate took long as well. Not sure if I will be using their services with that price tag!

Steve's was on it. They came out promptly in response to my call and found the leak. My insurance agent was there and the rep indicated he was very experienced at writing estimates for claims and then handed me a large bill - I paid it, they repaired it. I have called 5 times and no response. Estimate not written clear, work may need adjustment and no pictures sent to insurance company. Great at fixing, great at taking money - very poor at follow through. 7 phone calls now and still no return call. Call is now into owner of company to see if he returns call.

Atta showed up 10 minutes early, fixed the leaky sink and asked if there were any other issues he could solve while he was there. Polite, efficient and fast; who could ask for more?

I highly recommend virtues Plumbing. They are so responsive, professional and diligent in their work. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure my tankless water heater install went in smooth.

I had an urgent plumbing situation w/ water leaking from a toilet in one of my rental units. When I phoned LaRues Plumbing, Morgan said he was busy on another job but would come over as soon as possible. Once he arrived he quickly was able to find the leak and fix it. He also explained everything clearly to me and our tenants and advised us on how we can prevent future leaks. VERY HELPFUL. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Will definitely be using LaRue’s Plumbing in the future!

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
