Best Faucet Maintenance in Honolulu HI

I don't give 5 stars often, but am happy to give it to Little Big Plumbing. The office was efficient. Michael was on time, professional, and able to quickly handle an extra service I requested; saving me from making and paying for another appointment. I am very pleased with their work.

Fantastic! Professional, friendly, and prompt service all around. Had a blocked kitchen sink and they came out within a few hours of me calling, and they called when they were on the way, as promised. Fast but careful with their work, and now life can go on. Highly recommend. I will be using their services again.

They arrived at our home late in the afternoon just a couple of hours after we called. Their first visit wasn’t successful, and it was getting dark outside, so they returned the next day, and were successful in clearing the main drain line from our home. We felt their charges were reasonable for the amount of time spent resolving our problem.

A+ experience with Kama'aina Handyman. I had a bath tub spout replaced, which was leaking and the diverter would get stuck. Whole replacement took about 1 hr. I had Pohai; he was on-time, very quick and freindly. Their rates are a bit higher than other plumbing places, but the tradeoff is their service-side was really top shelf!

I called Brison’s to get an estimate for changing out my leaking hot water heater for a hybrid unit. Not only did I get a reasonable estimate, they told me me they could do it for me that day! I was able to purchase one online at a local hardware store and they even picked it up for me. Since it was not a traditional unit, there were a few piping runs that had to be run and brazed. They did a great quality job and stayed late so they could finish. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the work Paul did on two of my toilets in my home. He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, cleaned up so neat and his price was very fair. He will be my plumber from now on. So happy I found this Plumber. He is a superior Plumber.

Have you ever called the Home Depot and tried to get assistance? Good luck on that, as I waited 20 minutes three different times, only to be told that I'll try to have someone in that department get back to you. I ordered blinds from the Home Depot at 421 Alakawa Street, and paid in advance for the installation. After waiting a week and not hearing back from anyone in the service department, I made several calls, spoke to the call center phone employee, who couldn't bring up the installation program in her computer and said she'd again relay the message to someone in the blind department. She went on to tell me that 20 minute waiting periods to speak to someone in the call center was routine, as there are very few call center employees, sometimes only one, and they are receiving 6-8 calls at the same time. The Home Depot doesn't understand customer service at all, and I don't recommend buying anything that they don't have right in front of you and that you can take home and install yourself. Forget about calling the Call Center. Go to Lowes!
