Best Emergency Service in Honolulu HI

We called around 7 pm on a Saturday night, and the company got back to us right away and said they could send someone out about an hour later. Chris was great. He called us to confirm a time and then removed the item that fell into the toilet by removing the toilet. He was fast and efficient. While I hope I never have to use them (or any service again) if I did I would definitely call them. Other companies did not respond to my phone call even though they said they were 24 hours service.

Very happy with their service. I wanted to replace my main valve. Some companies came and wanted to do the job, but making it so complicated/removing the water-heater, making a big hole in the sealing ect/. I finally called HPG. The guys came and give me a very good estimate, with nothing else but just replacing the valve. They came at the day we scheduled and did the job in no time. Both guys were very good and professional. Clean after themselves like they were never here. Very good job. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I called to ask about changing an old kitchen faucet. After text and talk communication he recommended that we bring our plumbing up to code, instead of leaving the 65+ year old galvanized pipe, which he saw from just the one photo I sent. He came out to do the estimate, and we were scheduled within a few days. The day before, he asked if they could come a half hour earlier. The cooperative crew of 8 began arriving 15 minutes early. They cleaned up during and after the job, even making sure to put their cigarette butts in the trash or pocket. One of them even offered to install some handicap bars. They made sure to protect the floors and even did some extras, like fixing a leaking trap by my request, changing out all the under sink traps, caulking around the commode and adding extra hose bibs outside without extra charge. This huge job was completed in less than 8 hours, and our family couldn't be more pleased.

Called for a tub obstruction. They had Kyle out within 2 hours of the call. Had an estimate and job done within 1/2 hour! If you need great service that comes with a plumbing service, make the call to EPS!

After 3 leak occurrences and unnecessary costly repairs that was never resolved from the previous plumbing service company I decided to contact Steve’s Plumbing, which I’m so glad I did. I finally feel our plumbing issues are resolved.Ryan Daniels is a very professional, highly skilled, and knowledgable plumber. He went above and beyond to get to the root cause of our plumbing issue resolved. By far the best plumbing service we’ve received for our home. Great people, service and water purification system

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

Oahu Extraction did great at our home , came on time after a pipe burst and we had water all over our floors , they extract all the water using a big van ( which was very cool ) And install the drying equipment right after water removal was completed .
