Wow, I am so very happy with the service I received from Little Big Plumbing. From the initial phone call to completion they were courteous, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Megan understood my hesitation about paying for an estimate (instead of free estimate) and assured me that the technician would be able to get the job done. Michael was on time and very pleasant and professional. He found the source of the leak right away and explained to me the cause and what he would do to fix it. He was finished quickly and cleaned up his work space as well. The total price was affordable, making this entire process hassle free for me. I would definitely recommend Little Big Plumbing again and again. Value, professionalism, quality, responsive, courteous service, and pleasant overall. Excellent company!!

A1 Budget plumbing told me the charge would be $95/hr plus material. They changed out our water shut off valve that I already exposed for them and they charged me $312 for an hour and a half of work. Then when I questioned them they said they sent out a helper as well at $65/hr. First off, they never told me about sending additional helpers for additional charges. Secondly, I just had another plumber come out to work on the same line, adding in a new water spout which was a bigger job and it only took this single professional plumber 1hr. Finally, my daughter who was home at the time watching them from inside the house told me they were sitting in the truck for a while when they must have been running the extra time. I wouldn't use a company that tries to slip in additional fees without informing you!

I highly recommend 535 Plumbing. I find them to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. High praises to Butchie and Joel were the plumbers who did my shower installation. They were both very courteous, prompt and their workmanship was excellent.

What stands out about this company is the fact that they are always available for emergency issues. Our drains were blocked when we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner and when I called them, they showed up in less than an hour and none of our guests noticed we had problems.

Steve's plumbing impressed me from the first phone call that I made to their office. Everyone that I spoke with was knowledgeable, responsive and concerned. I was trying to handle a leak repair long distance and Steve's Plumbing was mentioned to me by many restoration companies that I had consulted with. The leak had flooded my kitchen and water intrusion was under control because the water was turned off. The source of the leak was not confirmed and everyone onsite had a different opinion.Matt Gillander, the technician who was sent to my property from Steve's was very responsive to my concerns and was very thorough in his inspection. He contacted me during and at the conclusion of the inspection. Matt's knowledge and professional approach gave me confidence that the situation was handled and I had received an accurate account of the conditions at my property. Thank You Matt.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

I wish I had read some reviews before calling them. R&R Plumbing showed up 1 hour late. Wanted to have my kitchen faucet repaired as it was leaking. After spending less than 30 minutes, he charged me $190 plus tax for the labor and $351 for the faucet In my opinion, they make a profit on the service calls without getting the job with their quoted price which comes from a rate book, I suspect. I could have bought a high quality Moen for $219 and installed it in less than an hour on my own. NEVER AGAIN! Don't call R&R Plumbing!!!
