Wow, I am so very happy with the service I received from Little Big Plumbing. From the initial phone call to completion they were courteous, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Megan understood my hesitation about paying for an estimate (instead of free estimate) and assured me that the technician would be able to get the job done. Michael was on time and very pleasant and professional. He found the source of the leak right away and explained to me the cause and what he would do to fix it. He was finished quickly and cleaned up his work space as well. The total price was affordable, making this entire process hassle free for me. I would definitely recommend Little Big Plumbing again and again. Value, professionalism, quality, responsive, courteous service, and pleasant overall. Excellent company!!

Explained to us in detail what further needs to be done. He showed us a minor a problem that he couldn't go around. And for that we had to reschedule. He has a good personality and shows concern.

This is a terrific company to work with. We had just moved into our condo and within days the shower knobs had begun leaking and one of our toilets had become unusable. I called Pueo and they sent Scott to help us. We didn’t have to wait long to get our appointment, and Scott arrived in the exact time frame to get the job done (which was a huge deal since our building had to shut off water for this fix). Great guy. Personable, knowledgeable, explained what was going on... figured out that the leak in the toilet was actually 2 separate issues and repaired both. Would definitely use this company again... a quality operation.

We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! We needed to do plumbing repairs in our Waikiki condo while we were out of town in New Jersey. The staff at the 535 Plumbing were courteous and professional, from scheduling to carrying out the repair work. They also picked up toilets we ordered online. The technicians were very efficient in replacing 3 toilets and 9 Angle Stop Valves in all bathrooms within 3 hours. Our friend who was house-sitting for us was very impressed by their work.

Had a blocked kitchen sink and they came out within a few hours of me calling, and they called when they were on the way, as promised. Fast but careful with their work, and now life can go on. I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company..

Avoid. Avoid avoid avoid. The plumber just left my home. We called because of a leak under our kitchen sink last night and had an appointment window of 10-12, he showed up at 1pm. When he came his first words were I don't have notes, what am I here for? Well, I'm not sure 100% my husband told them so I asked why the company didn't provide those details. He asked again what work He was there for so I explained the issue. Within 10 mins it was determined I needed a new disposal. He had me sign the estimate form, but the form was blank, so I took a photo of it since it seemed sketchy. It was also sketchy that he quoted me $150 for the first hour when we were told $120 last night. While he was gone buying a new disposal I sent my husband the photo and he called the company right away. Not only did they say he should not have had me sign a blank receipt, and suddenly we got an all inclusive quote. When he returned he proceeded to jokingly shame me, as he got in trouble because of the photo I took. I let him know it was my right and he proceeded to get to work. While he was working he decided it was a good opportunity to recruit me to Primerica, which is an MLM pyramid scheme not related to the business. This is beyond inappropriate, and decided to call his upline to tell them he had someone interested IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM FIXING THE DISPOSAL. When the appointment concluded he told me he didn't know how to take a credit card and asked for a check. I was not happy but found a check and paid him, taking another photo. Lastly, after signing the receipt he didn't leave my copy with me, so I chased him down before leaving and he acted as if giving me a receipt was unusal. I took it and happily sent him on his way. What a nightmare. I didn't even get proof of the cost of the disposal in the end. Go somewhere else! HomeAdviser was so very wrong.
