Main office called to inform me of the time they would be here. They showed up on time and was quick to check out the problem. They just needed to confirm with the property manager to go ahead and replace the heater. The initial exchange of water heater was fairly fast. They brought sheets to cover the floor and booties for their shoes. The technicians were friendly and informative. They triple checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and water was hot. Most definitely recommend A+++

Way to expensive to replace the main outside shutoff valve , better to shop around .I will not call again .
