I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my place by 10am. Polite and professional, they were using masks and were good communicators, showed me exactly what needed to be done and got me a quote and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything was fixed by lunchtime and i was completely assured that it was done right. i'll call them again.

I had toilet water problem since last night. I called ROCK-O-ROOTER early this morning, he originally scheduled me 11am-1pm. But he sent me one of his team members around 9:30 am And the problem solved before 10:30am. This was 3rd time I’ve used ROCK-O-ROOTER. Thank you for your awesome job!

Met with Justin A last Friday. He was on time and very courteous. Was able to detect the plumbing problem in good timing. Explained in very simple language (in which I appreciated) of what he needed to do to fix it. He also pointed out a worn part and suggested to have it replaced to avoid future problems in which I did. Very pleased with his service.

Horrible, unresponsive customer service. Been trying to get an estimate from them for a week, but when I mentioned that I was shopping around for multiple options, they seemed to lose all interest in the job. Do yourself a favor, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
