Mark who answered the phone was great. He listened and communicated very well. Next day, a technician came out but did not complete the job due to what appeared to be Fix & Flow internal miscommunications.

Stephen (the owner) reached out to me. We were able to came up with a resolution. Next day, Anthony came out to complete the job.

Anthony was great. He is knowledgeable, professional, tidy (clean) and a good problem-solver. He also listens and communicates well.

Tim Chen plumbing replaced our residential water heater. Tim was extremely attententive and considerate, keeping in constant contact when necessary - including letting us know the installers would be late because of heavy traffic. The installers were efficient, good about communicating what they were doing, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Tim Chen Plumbing will be my first choice for any future plumbing job.

My house I just bought suddenly started gushing out water from one of my pipes and I called Better Plumbing Services around 5 AM on a Sunday and they answered when all the other 24/7 plumbing services did not answer. They dispatched out Josh and Rachel who were absolutely great. They came on time and were professional. While working both Josh and Rachel explained what they were doing so nothing seemed like funny business. Josh even pointed out other things he saw but never tried to upsell me. Just advised me on them because he saw that I have children. He didn't lollygag or go out to his truck and get tools for 30 mins. He was constantly working even to the point where he was breaking a sweat. If you choose this company, please request for Josh and Rachel to come and fix whatever is going wrong for you

I've had good experiences and bad experiences with this plumber. In the previous years, if I called I was able to get plumbing repair work done and had no issues. However this week I needed repair work done at a new address, called at 9 a.m and was provided a time window. It was only when I called back (at the appointment time window 6 hours later) that I was told Oh, I plugged your address into my GPS and I'm not coming, you're too far. Find another plumber. Well......it would have been nice to have been told that 6 hours earlier when I could arranged for another plumber to come out and not wasted another day waiting off of work for a plumber who knew he was not going to come.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
