Mr. Spooney provided us with fantastic service. He arrived within his service window. I was super cranky because it was super hot being without air and as the afternoon waxed on I became worried we would not have our a/c fixed. I guess we werent the only people that needed service... As stated, he arrived within the service window. He fixed our problem promptly. I'm glad to have had him as a technician and I apologize to the dispatcher for having a sour attitude.

Keith (and his son) evaluated my water heater's problems, purchased a new, high-quality water heater, and installed it promptly and without issue.
