Legwork Plumbing Solutions has been one of the most pleasant plumbing companies located here in Atlanta, Georgia. From start to finish the process was seamless. I recently moved here, and my home was in dire need of a couple of SKILLED plumbers. They were punctual, kept me updated on the progress of the job often, which I really appreciated. Had a problem with my plumbing backing up into my bathtubs and toilet wouldn’t flush so I called delta plumbing just before 8 am and they had a technician out before 9 am. Frank was very professional and informative about everything that needed to be done and when they were finished you could hardly tell that he had to dig up my yard which I was heartbroken about when he told me but he saved my grass and put it back down when he was finished.

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

This wonderful company is operated by such caring & wonderful people. They're truly a blessing to the community & the world. I couldn't recommend & suggest a better company than this one.

First call out for hose spigot, man was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Second time was for install of garbage disposal which we provided and was $355 on top of the disposal. They said this is their standard cost, which is more than our dishwasher purchase and install. Next time I will be calling around for quotes.

We recently used GTB for the first time to address leaking toilet. Another plumbing company had told us all 3 toilets in our home we leaking and needed to be replaced at around $700 each. At the recommendation of a friend, we called Jon for a second opinion. He came the next day and advised that the initial problem toilet did need to be replaced and only the supply line on the others should be replaced. He gave us advice on toilets and let us know we'd found a price for one that was better than he could get, so when all was said and done we saved hundreds of dollars. Jon was very easy to work with, timely, and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!

we had a sewage clog in our building that turned out to be related to our cast iron 6 pipe having about 1 scaling around the inner diameter. contacted four plumbers to do the job. two of them recommended Fletch Barney. one said that in case the job goes south, they would subcontract Fletch Barney. I figured I should call them directly!

after the initial inspection, I was still uneasy about the scope. when I called, Mr Fletcher took the time to chat with me and educate me on the process, assuring me I was making the right call.

best decision I could have made. the price was well under the other plumbers' quotes and they did a great job -- my cast iron line is now smoother than the day it was installed some 120 years ago.

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.
