I was frustrated with not getting a time window, but luckily Brandon called and was here by 11:30 a.m. Checked everything out, gave me next options since it's 6.5 years young and answered all of my questions. Even put up with my dog barking from the porch the entire time.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Fletch-Barney was terrific to work with, they really saved the day when we were in a bind and the old pipe burst that brings water coming into the house. Able to serve us fast and easy to communicate with over email and phone. I would call them again!

My water wasn’t hot this morning. Lucky I was able to Panther Plumbing out the same day. My tech Michael was super helpful. He was able to re light the hot water heater after I couldn’t. He also was helpful with sound advice on next steps should I have a problem again.

Have always found Atlanta Plumber Repair, Inc great. Very reliable, they do a brilliant job fast and their customer service is excellent. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny!

Everyone was nice and friendly. They were professional and they did a good job. I gave them three stars because they were VERY expensive in my opinion. It was during normal business hours and like I said they did a good job but you have to pay them $100 just to come out and by that time you are out of time and money to get the sewer line cleared. In the past I had the line cleared for $200 and they charged $789. The first company was so busy they couldn't get to it in a timely manner so I tried RS Andrews. If money is no object I would recommend them.

Had a leaky toilet with water staining the ceiling below. Called at 3p on Friday, and scheduled for first available on Saturday. They called me back saying they could work me in that day within 15 minutes. Repairman called before he came, and arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, told me price before he started and kept it when finished. Definitely recommend.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
