Gold standard Plumbing came out to work on an drainage issue I was having. Very punctual, professional, courteous and were able to get the job done accurately, effectively and a great cost. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future!

Estes service replace my attic steps. The service tech was on its way up to service. The AC unit in the hinge broke away from the ladder. The tech took pictures of the ladder . Call his supervisor submitted the pictures . Within days Estes out Mr. Patrick and Tobias to install a attic ladder . Patrick and Tobias done. A super job installing the ladder. Very professional. Very detailed. Just so all around. Great experience! I just want to say thank you to the both of them and Estes service.

I had a water leak from a broken water spigot from Saturday through Monday. Mr Chris showed up and just minutes later the spigot stopped spewing. Thanks Chris!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. I highly highly recommend them!!!

They changed out a cold water line to my shower, and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient!

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!

Used Selfco’s Septic because He responded immediately to my emergent need of septic/sewage backup and repair. (I had called about 10 other ppl prior just going thru google search and kept getting answering services and blown off) He came out within a cpl hrs. He was honest, upfront, and answered all my questions. He kept me updated and informed of what was going on thru the entire process. As stressful of an experience septic backup is, I felt a huge relief of anxiety and stress dealing with Selfco and his team. He made everything easy! Have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to recommend!
