Best New Installation in Atlanta GA

The gentlemen that came to fix my mother’s sink were friendly, efficient, and professional! Our sink has been overflowing and having issues for months. We finally had it looked at by Gold Standard and they truly got the job done and very well! My mother was beyond pleased and grateful for the service and the prices are very fair and doesn’t compare to exceptional customer service we received! It’s been about 2 weeks since they fixed it and our sink is still working like new! They even had a few pieces that I thought I would have to run out and get that didn’t come with the new sink I bought and they already had them! They serve the metro Atlanta area and was willing and drove down to Winder to service me! 10/10 will definitely always recommend!

7/18/22 - 2nd install:Both Jered & Trevor (A Team for installs), performed an excellent job installing our new Carrier AC System. They removed the old system, installed the new carrier AC, and cleaned up. They were professional, on-time, and Sam (Sales) also did an excellent job helping to determine which system to procure. Our downstairs unit went out 2 months later, so we called them back to perform 2nd installation. They provide financing too.

Very reliable fix my county sewage connector and had his crew to complete the job on Fathers day very neat and professional. Has held up to his word on service. He is my plumber forever. Thank you

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Service call was $250 just to give an estimate. I went with another company.

They changed out a cold water line to my shower, and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient!

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, polite, explained everything in layman's terms, and reasonable rate. Highly recommend, and surely will call on again if something breaks or we do expansion work.

Follow-up: had something different break, contacted John, and had everything back up and running with his work the next day. Again, great, timely, kind, and reasonably-priced work.

The owner is very friendly as well as the plumbers on staff. I've used them several times and won't go to any other plumbing company. Prices are VERY competitive. They go the extra mile for service!

Used Selfco’s Septic because He responded immediately to my emergent need of septic/sewage backup and repair. (I had called about 10 other ppl prior just going thru google search and kept getting answering services and blown off) He came out within a cpl hrs. He was honest, upfront, and answered all my questions. He kept me updated and informed of what was going on thru the entire process. As stressful of an experience septic backup is, I felt a huge relief of anxiety and stress dealing with Selfco and his team. He made everything easy! Have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to recommend!

It was not cheap, and time will tell if it was worth it. If the repair holds it was well worth it after having it fixed twice before.
