Called Estes Residential Services: Service Rep was pleasant and polite. We confirmed services I needed. We looked at schedules and confirmed best available time. Seems very efficient and was be to accommodate a best time for appointment.8/30: Service technician Mike called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived on time did an excellent job, was very informative. The installation & clean up was perfectly done. We talked about future services that I would consider for the Estes. Excellent work all the way around!

I had a water leak from a broken water spigot from Saturday through Monday. Mr Chris showed up and just minutes later the spigot stopped spewing. Thanks Chris!

Easy 5 stars. We called them on a Friday evening after discovering we had a broken pipe connector underground in our front yard. They promised to have someone here by 11AM Saturday to assess it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a knock on our door at 9AM. Brandon and Kyle are top notch - both are very friendly, helpful and efficient. They were able to quickly repair the broken inferior pipe connector that our inept builder had apparently OK'd when the house was built in 2017. Now that we have the connector installed, we've seen an increase in water pressure to the house, as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use HVAC Guyz again in the future.

I will definitely call Superior Plumbing when I have Plumbing issues in the future. Jason Gallagher found the pinhole leak in my copper pipe and repaired it for me. He did an inspection of all the plumbing in the house and recommended insulating the pipes in the den and also insulating all exposed pipes in my basement and garage.Before leaving, Jason checked the water pressure and made sure that would not be a problem when temperatures dip toward freezing this winter. I am very satisfied with the service from Superior Plumbing and your professional technician.

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
