We needed a faucet installed in our kitchen sink and Fix & Flow did a spectacular job. I reached out to them via their website and got a response the next day and then the technician came out the following day. It was easy, quick and efficient. Overall, would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future work!

I called Home Adviser through Angie’s List on Tuesday, January 26, and got the name of 3 Plumbers. Two of them were not available until the next day. Panther Plumber’s technician was not only available the same day, but was able to install a new toilet the same day. My toilet was very old, and I had already had repair on it last summer, and it was determined it would be in my best interest financially to purchase another toilet, since repairing this issue would cost as much as a new one. The technician, Tyler Frick, called and let me know he was in the way. He was very accommodating, and patient, when the initial diagnosis of the problem was futile. He was patient while I left to purchase a new toilet. He returned and worked diligently and efficiently to meet my satisfaction! Tyler was also very polite and personable. He went about his work in a very professional manner and only paused to allow me to come and view his work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. This is the first time I used Panther Plumbing, but it won’t be the last, and I certainly hope Tyler will be the technician assigned to me.RL Dennard

Tim was very responsive and efficient. He removed and replaced my washer that had leaks. I contacted him in the morning and he was at my house in the afternoon. You cannot beat the quality of service he provided. I would recommend him over other plumbers.

It's a long review, but I wanted people to see in detail my good experience with this company.

My water heater stopped producing hot water. Tried to reset the pilot light, called 800 number on the water heater (which was Rheem) and they tried to trouble shoot it. They diagnosed it as two possible causes and would replace the parts but not the labor. I consider myself a fairly good DIY'er by watching YouTube, and the work seemed pretty easy, but I thought this work was best to be done by a pro. Rheem directed me to their authorized technicians list (found on their website) and I called about 5 on the list and a few other plumbers I found on Yelp and Google.

JR Plumbing and Backflow was on the Rheem Water Heater recommended technicians list and I'm so glad I found them! With plumbing, pricing variances are so vast to do the same work, but JR Plumbing was most reasonable for the work that needed to be done.

Communication from the company was professional, prompt, and accommodating. John, the owner and tech, arrived on time and what impressed me was his knowledge and how respectful he was of my home and the work area. It was the small things like taking shoes off in the house without me having to ask, carrying his shoes to the basement and then putting them back on, promptly cleaning up the area, and walking me through the issues. The part Rheem sent was defective, but he said he would call them and have them overnight the new part to my home and he'd come back out. He took care of everything. All I had to do was call them once I got the part, which I did the following day. Upon receipt, he came out, installed it, and we've got hot water.

I now have JR Plumbing in my contact list should I need any future needs. This is an A+ company!

Their horrible tried to may like they fixed my main pipe line just a scam ran off with my money don't do it.

Called Superior and they sent out someone within 45 mins to look at my leak. Next day, Guillermo came to my house to replace the pressure valve and then helped us with the installation of a new water heater which was needed. That’s the guy you want to come to your house and do the work, as well as walk through what’s happening. Appreciate his direct, no non-sense approach. Takes his job seriously and works hard at it.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
