RotoRooter was supposed to descale a pipe and replace the main sewer line. They showed up with equipment that was not sufficient for the job and had to order a bigger excavator, which made it late in the day when they started. Then they broke the water line, they didn’t realize it was beside the sewer line. They tried to tell me it needed repairing because it leaked. I knew the water bills had been low so I wanted to see for myself. It was only when I went to take a look before authorizing the repair that the technician told me he broke it. Then they didn’t want to repair it with copper, which is what was there before. It was so late by then that my tenant had to go to a hotel for the night. I told them I would hire someone else to finish, and they said they would complete it the next day and give me a discount. They never responded the next day so someone else installed the water line and filled the hole, and I am hiring someone else to descale. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Hired these professional plumbers to install gas logs on recommendation from Home Depot. Had 10 am appointment but tech didn't come until 5 pm. Expected to be instructed on do's and don'ts of apparatus. I'm a nurse. If I gave you a shot, you'd expect me to tell you what to/not to do, right? I had the same expectations from Bobby the plumber installing my gas logs! Was not instructed how to use apparatus until I specifically asked. Was not informed that I needed to open chute even though I have ventless logs and chute was not opened by tech. Smelled strong gas odor with each use. Called company to report gas smell after 1st use. Did some troubleshooting over the phone with Todd. Was informed they were very busy (due to bad weather here) and wouldn't be able to get to me for a week or so. I was ok with that. Bobby came back out today. I didn't realize I would be charged for the call out since I JUST paid for the install and IMMEDIATELY reported something was wrong. Not only was I charged $105 after I just paid $257 (which was $75 higher than my phone quote from them) to have unit installed, but Todd got very nasty with me over the phone and told me that he just sent an expensive tech to my house for nothing and a waste of time when the tech could have been on a $10,000 job. How rude!!! I have been very patient with them due to their busy schedule, and to be treated so rudely is despicable! What if I lit a candle or something and my house blew up due to the gas in the air?? Would that still be for nothing?? I paid the $105, but I will not recommend this company to anyone and will not use them again.

Horrible company for its workers and it’s customers! Pick literally any other place.

Ronald was amazing. He and his apprentice were fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. Had an old cast-iron pipe that needed a new t off and the copper pipe extended for the cold water. His service was exceptional. I couldn't be more happy and definitely recommend.
