Their technician showed up a few minutes early and quickly diagnosed the problem. My 5 year Amana unit, 2 months out of warranty with aluminum coils which had ruptured. Once we opened up the unit, you could see the ruptures. You don't get what you pay for when going with the lowest priced units. I will never use AC Las Vegas or Amana again. Go with quality, you may pay a little more up front, but you will save more in the long run. I had my doubts, but was talked into it by their representative and my contractor, as it was in budget. I will definitely warn as many people from doing business with AC Las Vegas or Amana if they have a choice.

Had a leak that had been plaguing me for months, on again off again type. Handyman had been troubleshooting it costing $$$ on unnecessary repairs. Started calling plumbing companies, sent one out the door for wanting big bucks for something already tried.
Found Ace Services...came out same day at scheduled time. Actually listened to all that had been tried and found the problem quickly.
It was a difficult repair in a hard to get to place.
Russ worked diligently for hours, never complaining. The final bill was more than fair. I expected to pay much more. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you again and again.

This company is completely unprofessional, and the plumber (Miguel) that came to our house on a home warranty service call lied on the report that was sent to Old Republic, costing us $500.00 to replace a toilet that should have been covered by our home warranty company. (we ended up hiring another plumber to come and complete the job.)And...to make matters worse, Ideal Services won't send us a copy of the report that was sent.Criminal and complete B.S.Our lawyer will be taking care of this.Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
