Contacted Hawthorne after hours and was able to get a service technician dispatched. I received information on his arrival, who was coming, etc. Upon his arrival, he provided his assessment, received options and was able to schedule next day installation. Service technician explained installation, new code regulations and changes and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! I highly recommend the quality service, knowledgeable technician and great customer service.

Ryan went the extra mile for us. We will definitely use Ambient in the future.

Last year in a desperate attempt to get my A/C working with a 1 yr old at the time and a pregnant wife, Chris and Jobob came to the rescue after many failed attempts to contact other companies that came up on a Google search. This year my other unit went out. Chris had a lightning fast response and Jobob was at my door in no time to yet again save the day. Mike and Brendan took care of our tankless water heater install, air duct cleaning and April air filter system. All a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Service continues to be exceptional with their maintenance (Jason and James).

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

Customer service with this company is none existant. They were the company American Home Shield gave me to replace 3 ceiling fans with light kits. That was the beginning of October. It is now the end of November and the job is not completed properly. Theycontinuously ask 4 more money to complete the job. They have scheduled 3 times and the tech has failed to appear. They left me to dispose of all the ceiling fans they took down and all the mess. The ceiling fan in the living room had a control panel and the tech installed it improperly and now the fan and the lights come on randomly, I assume from wires over heating, and u can't put an outlet cover over them because it doesn't fit in the box properly. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms r supposed to be wired to 2 switches, 1 4 the light and 1 4 the fan. He wired them at the ceiling to a single switch, so u have to climb on a ladder to turn off or on the fan or the light, as I have high ceilings. I'm also disabled and a fall risk, and shouldn't be climbing on anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am filing a complaint with the contractor's board.

I called late on a Friday night and spoke to Cheryl she was extremely polite and caring. I was scheduled for 10 AM-12 PM on Saturday. Phil showed up at 10 AM. Phil is a true professional with wealth of knowledge. He diagnosed our AC unit and we were good to go within minutes. I would call this a life saving service when it is 115 degrees out! I can not say enough about this business. I now have them on speed dial!
