I entered my request through my home warrenty last night about 9:00 p.m. when I was told my ticket had been assigned to Ideal. Ideal called me this morning and said someone would be out between 11 and 3. They were there at 11:10 and even called me 15 minutes prior to arrival to confirm. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
