*** 1 Year Update: I contacted this company again for a diagnostic on a garbage disposal. No one responded to the website contact form requesting a quote, so I ended up following up myself by calling. No big deal. The day of the appointment came and not only did the technician not show up during the arrival window, no one bothered to update me until after the arrival window had closed. He was still 25 minutes away from my home. I cancelled on the spot. Additionally, the work that Anthony did last year on the sink install is leaking profusely and caused a small flood in my half bathroom last night. I was going to ask them about this too but never mind. I'll do it myself. I do not work with or hire companies that do not respect my time. ***

I have bought 4 different units from Goettl over the last 8 months. Tech Jeremy has been amazing. We were able to make sound decisions and improve the quality of my house.They might cost a bit upfront, but going the cheap route is not worth it. Been there, done that.I joked with Manager Steve about being a spokesperson. I would happily do so!

Working with BEST was seamless and smooth. The customer service was top notch and very friendly. Being someone who didn’t know much about my A/C unit, they helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Dan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process; kind and informative!

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

We have a home warranty policy and Ideal Services was appointed to fix our shower. Michael was prompt, courteous and efficient. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction.

This organization is the most communicative of any, as an older person, I have seen in Las Vegas. They call to let you know what they are doing snd when, they keep you posted as to what is happening and they talk to you about what they’re going to do and have done and ask for your input. To someone in a 55+ community that is everything as we are very often old school. The professional who handled my situation was experienced knowledgeable willing to advise and a gracious guest in my home as he performed the services. I have not always found this to be the case but with this Mr. ‘Shannon’ I was completely at ease.
