There was a little miscommunication at first but that was taken care of with ease. The appointment was scheduled and I received a confirmation call that Elite was on their way. The technician, Ricky, was professional and polite. I would highly recommend Elite and will be using them as our regular heating and cooling repair company.

Our AC stopped working during a heat wave, as things usually go. Bumble Breeze was able to come out for repairs faster than other companies we called. The technician was friendly, professional, skilled, and honest about what we needed to keep our old AC unit running. The maintenance contract is a great deal as well. My Unit is really old and they are doing the best to keep it up-to-date however it is now time to get a new air conditioning and they are trying to help me. The advice he give me. I can accept it but financially I can't afford it. I am going to look into some programs that can help get an affordable unit.. Or some help to keep my unit working

We have had great service from this company twice this year. Our fan motor went out in our AC unit in July and Stephen was at our home within an hour of our call. We were back in AC comfort lighting fast. They were back at our home for winter maintenance this week and Stephen once again did an amazing job. He explain what he saw and what we could do to keep our 18 year old unit in good working order.

Working with BEST was seamless and smooth. The customer service was top notch and very friendly. Being someone who didn’t know much about my A/C unit, they helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Dan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process; kind and informative!

Nick was THE BEST!!! He was very thoughtful and helpful with our issue. Our downstairs toilet was backing up causing flooding into various areas of the house. He diagnosed the issue and wasn't satisfied until the cause was found and fixed properly.
Nick worked until 11pm on a Friday night to get everything repaired. We received fair and reasonable price. We will reccomend Nick and his company to anyone in need of his services.

David Ramos and Colton Brewer arrived quickly and were very courteous. They figured out exactly what the issue was with our hot water tank and got it fixed in no time. They did a quality job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their repair services.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

The company was sent to fix my a/c by my home warranty company. The receptionist was rude and so was the technician. He complained multiple times about having to drive so far (we live within city limits) and didn’t do very much. The whole experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. A few weeks later and our a/c is not working again. Needless to say, we will be requesting a different provider.
