Rickey was our service technician for a routine heater inspection. The unit was installed by another company that is now out of business (Phoenix) three years ago. During the inspection Rickey found the installation guide and owners manual sitting on top of the heating element box. It had already started to burn, I can't believe it didn't burn more than a smolder. Rickey and Elite may have saved our house and our lives. We will have them out every year. Thank you so much!!

I don't often give a 5 star review, but this one is well earned. Allstate sent someone out to fix our AC unit within an hour of the initial call. The tech, Justis, was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC unit within an hour. Justis knew what was wrong with our unit as soon as I told him what was happening, he wore booties on the carpet, and he took the time to explain the repair once it was done. Thank you!!!

I am very happy with Bumble Breeze Plumbing, Jake Flora was very responsive courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with how quickly Jake was able to complete the work and he shared a lot of his knowledge throughout the process which I was very impressed with and appreciated. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
