I recently graduated from the HVAC-R ground course with instructor Mr. S and have nothing but good things to say about this school. Hands down Mr. S is the best instructor I have ever had, for any subject as a matter of fact. The skills I have learned will stick with me for the rest of my life. All of NTI staff are extremely helpful. Will, the assistant to Mr S was always ready to help me out whenever I needed anything, I was really happy to have him around during the whole course. He is very knowledgeable. All the women and staff at NTI are more than awesome. Always greeted with smiles when coming to class, and I really feel they want to help us start our career. It seems to me everyone here has a passion in what they do and I will be forever grateful to have crossed paths with them. On that note, I highly recommend NTI!

Used the plumbing dept. today for first time. I had a plugged toilet called them on 5/21 and made an appointment for today. They came out, i showed them the problem, they jumped right on it, fixed it in one hour and checked the rest of the house. Wrote a report, told me what else was wrong charged me a fair price and boogied on outa here. Was extremely happy and will use them again. 😀

Tried to get a quote over the phone as a ballpark, and they would not provide. I assumed pricing would not be insane, but they quoted $4,500 and I “lost” $100 and 5 hours of waiting instead of just knowing I would not have wanted them out if they were going to charge insane prices. The other company quoted $2400 for the same service. Use Sin City Plumbing instead.

We just replaced two A/C units in our home. Janielle helped us the whole way through and is still helping us get everything we paid for. Not only did we get the A/C’s replaced, but we are getting duct cleaning and so much more. We are so thrilled we went with this company after requesting approximately five-six other quotes for our A/C replacement that was beyond repair. Not only did Best air do a great job with both replacements, but they made everything look great and proper. Thanks so much Janielle for your help!

Poor service, unprofessional technician, problem was never solved, unprofessional call center, will report them to the home warranty company, very bad experience, The guy just came in, took a few pictures for his work order so they can bill the warranty company and get paid, hope you do not have to deal with them, not recommended.
