Had a leak that had been plaguing me for months, on again off again type. Handyman had been troubleshooting it costing $$$ on unnecessary repairs. Started calling plumbing companies, sent one out the door for wanting big bucks for something already tried.
Found Ace Services...came out same day at scheduled time. Actually listened to all that had been tried and found the problem quickly.
It was a difficult repair in a hard to get to place.
Russ worked diligently for hours, never complaining. The final bill was more than fair. I expected to pay much more. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you again and again.

Worst company ever, first time I called for a tech to come and fix gas water heater. The technician arrived within one hour, really fast. He charge me $150 for for just turning on the pilot and he said to me that he replaced a piece. Yesterday morning water heater broke again and another tech came in. He is charging me $775 for replacing the pilot. I did tell him that I would check for other companies for prices, he got insulted and demanded me to pay him 75 dollars for him coming to my house. I did recorded my phone call in which they told me that at no charge they would come to my house. Worst experience ever I felt threat by San Martín

Fantastic job on a tankless water heater and a water softening system, the technician's were very professional, the job they did was excellent ! I had several questions even though they were busy working they would take a moment or two to explain the equipment that they were installing .
