If you want friendly and quality service, this is the place to call. My two year over stuffed my toilet with cottonelle wipes and after a week my toilet started to clog. I did quite a bit of research and most plumbing places charge just to come to your house! Rooter Rangers, they come to evaluate the problem first and will then tell you the damages! I had a tech name Alex and he was so kind! Very professional and explained the possibility of the plumbing issue and then proceeded to see what the issue was. Once he found out it was not a main pipe but a minor balled up toilet paper in the pipe that goes to the main sewer pipe, he said it was an easy fix and gave me my quote. I am very very pleased with the fast response, the professionalism and the quality work of this business!!! Highly recommend them sing also recommend Alex!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

I called Rooter Ranger in June to repair my 93 yr old Mom's water heater. They said we need to replace it for $2200. 4 months later we had a plumbing inspection and the water heater was not installed to code.After contacting them they sent someone else out to fix the problem as the installer said it was his 1st water heater installation & he couldn't get anyone to help him then. The new guy spent almost 7 hours until 11pm putting the water heater on a stand then upon reinspection, it was the same problem. Not up to code due to exact same issue. I was told original guy would return between 9-11 am today and it is now 4:30 pm & he's not here. Causing a lot of stress on my poor Mom! I would definitely not recommend using this service. Very disappointed & hoping we dont have to pay another plumber as we supposedly have a 3 year warranty on this incompetent work.

We called 9am on Sat 6/3/2023 for service on a leaky sink at our property. I was told the service will be done between 11 am-3pm. After so many phone calls a tech showed up to the property at 8pm and gave a ridiculous and outrageous high price of $500 for a simple job.
I did tell him and his dispatcher Mr. Abdi that you did do this on purpose to came late at night which damage was already done and the unit below which I was trying to prevent from happening. To force me into believing and accepting your high price was just unacceptable! I own few other properties in Las Vegas and I am very upset that Iwas treated this way!
I managed to get a different plumbing company that can complete the work for $150. It is ridiculous to be over pricing your services and have terrible customer service on top of it all!!
I will be moving forward with the other company! Not only their pricing is reasonable, they also have wonderful customer service.
I don't recommend anyone to work with Rooter Ranger

Came to my business to look at a leak. Without even going fully up to the leak, they came up with a quote of $2500. I emailed them back to ask for a parts and labor breakdown and they ignore me. Turns out my employee who has never worked as a plumber looked at it, and fixed it for about $30 in parts and 30 minutes. Where did the $2500 come from Rooter Ranger?

Bad experiance. $47 advertisement jumped to $350 upon arrival.
Then pressured me to $1200 services where the equipment was broken, tech left to get new equipment then could not operate. After a wasted day of no results and a constant sales pitch I asked them to leave the property. Wasted day. I found another plumber and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes for 75 bucks. Would not use!!

As stated on their website, “When our technician arrives, he will evaluate the problem and provide you with a Free Estimate”. But he charged $100 just for adjusting the water level adjust! I tried to explain to him what the problem was which now that I searched it up seems to be a issue called “ghost flushing”. The toilet tank loses water but no leak when I didn’t even flush it. I closed the valve as it was wasting so much water. When he came he opened valve & flushed about dozen of times to just to get same result. I told him he had to wait to understand what the issue is which again is the toilet fills up the water tank without me flushing it from time to time. He waited about 20 mins or trying to see what could be the issue & said it was because the water level was too high causing it to be overflowed so he adjusted the adjuster & made the water level half way which DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. I had the whole system changed before thinking it would solve the issue but it didn’t that’s why I called rooter ranger. Just to have them tell me the same thing & ripped off $100 for JUST ADJUSTING RHE WATER LEVEL when they clearly stated free estimation. I’m pretty sure free estimation means figuring out the issue & giving us the estimation to resolve the issue for FREE. I don’t think y’all even figured out what the issue was and MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. I’m not trying to be rude or doubt your 20+ years expertise but clearly you didn’t even wait enough to figure out what the issue was & definitely guessed & “fixed” (didn’t even solve the actual problem) it by doing unnecessary thing. Don’t put false advertisement just to rip off people for visiting & doing something so common.

Please do reply & explain what exactly did you fix to cost $100.

Alex was the perfect technician for the job! He diagnosed the issues I was having for my two bathrooms. He was able to clear my bathtub drain as well as the toilet. The supervisor also came by to check on the pipes and we got an estimate for a permanent solution to my houses drainage issue. 5 star worker and I will definitely recommend this plumbing company to friends and family!

I initially contacted Rooter Ranger for a quote to repair the blockage in my sewer line after another company was used to perform the hydro jetting, clearance and line location. Once I decided to contract their services for the repair the lead technician stayed in contact with me during the entire process, even when they were required to wait several days until the gas utility provider (Southwest Gas) was able to perform a site survey to determine how to address the line conflict. The previous company that I had contracted to clear the line broke one of the angle stops on one of my toilets and refused to repair it. Rooter Ranger was able to replace the damaged pipe and all the angle stops for my toilets at 15% lower than the price quoted by the initial sewer contractor for the repair. Rooter Ranger did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas or Henderson in need of a dependable and trustworthy plumbing contractor to repair their sewer line.

Just had Antonio come to my home to fix a drain that a gallon of Drano couldn't take care of. He identified the culprit as a shredded magic eraser that went through the garbage disposal. Also gave tips on how to use a dishwasher most efficiently. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

After cooking an amazing thanksgiving dinner, my family must've had a lot to get rid of, because they overflowed the sewer line better than the porta johns at Woodstock. RR was the 3rd place I called, but the first to respond. I had a plumber and the lines cleared in less than 3 hours. I'm still waiting on one of the others, rhymes with sliver Steak, to even call back with a time a full day later. The icing on the cake is it didn't even cost$50.... I can't feed the family taco bell for that. That's less than the service call fee with my home warranty. This is now my go-to plumbing service. They can double their rates and I'm still going to call them after the fast service and awesome guy they sent out. 6 stars

I hadn't read the ROOTER RANGER Yelp reviews before I called them since I was in a crisis mode and in a hurry. I totally lucked out, apparently, when TYLER arrived (TYLER's reviews are stellar and well deserved). It was a Saturday and the company was very busy. TYLER continued to keep me informed of the delays and promised that no matter what time of day, he would get to my house and see what could be done. He had worked since dawn but got to my house late evening and with his calming personality, assured me that I had called the right company. The issues could not be fixed that night but TYLER promised he would be at my home first thing in the morning. And he was. His supervisor arrived to survey the issues and give an estimate. Plumbing estimates, much like car repair estimates, are never what a person wants to hear, and although the amount was equal to the amount of work it would take to complete the needed repairs, it was still worrisome. TYLER sensed my dismay and went over every aspect of what would need to be done and was amazingly empathetic and sincere in his efforts to show that he really cared about customer needs.
The job was much more complicated than expected but TYLER continued to show professional and personal integrity. When the job was completed I felt totally satisfied. Thank You TYLER ( I hope the ROOTER RANGER 'boss's take note of your reviews. They show a great work ethic for such a young man

I hate to write a bad review but I’m super disappointed in my experience here and the fact that no one returned my call back after having an issue is even worse. I talked to the call center multiple times and assured me I would get a return call and still no one has reached out. I had multiple issues with experience. One issue was with my sink where my plumber didn’t know how to fix it and I had to call my dad whose a general contractor go step by step on what to do because he was clueless. I was then charged $100 for that and I was never told the price ahead of time. Before that, I had an issue with my shower where water was coming up when the toilet was flushed. I was charged $550 on top of the $100. On top of that I didn’t feel my plumber was very professional. I was told he would call on the way and I never got a call plus a few other things which I’ll save for a return call. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I think it’s obvious I won’t be calling them again.

This company is GREAT-GREAT-GREAT!!! We called them back to redo all the water pipes and replaced them with Flax. It took about 4 days. Tom was the guy who did the job, he is a super great plumber, honest, reliable, on time, and very, very, hard worker!!! Paul is one of the supervisors and he is incredibly nice and very professional. He gave us a great deal!! Daven (supervisor), is the one who discovered the damage and recommended we to re-do all the pipes. He's also very nice and extremely professional!!! John your plumber came out Friday evening and worked so a Toilet septic tank, the tank is leaking. It just started today I left home around 2pm when I got home I did go to that bath room for what ever reason the back of the tank is dripping water, from where the screw was supposed to be secured.
I need some one to call me ASSP IN THE MORNING, I'M TRIED AND TO KEEP FRIM DAMAGING FLOOR I am going to have to dip water out of back of toilet, which I already did on Friday for John to replace/ repair septic tank

We had an issue with our jot water cutoff in the new home we were in the middle of moving into. Rooter ranger had Roy out to us within an hour and was able to quickly handle all of our issues and was incredibly professional. He was also willing to answer questions I had and provide recommendations. Will use again for sure.

I am very upset with the service from today. I was called at 9am this morning and was told a technician would be out sooner than my appointment time, no body ever showed up , I was never called about the technician not being able to show up, then a technician finally came 10 minutes after the appt time i had , no one contacted me stating about someone was on the way or anything, I had to call the company and speak to somebody about the situation , not only that I come home to my parents telling me they had to pay $150 , when I specifically asked the girl last night when I called if the coupon would still be valid even if my parents had used it before , she told me yes that I can use it at the same address, then the technician tells my family that we can't use it because of the address. I am super disappointed, and will not be using this company again. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TECHNICIANS ARE GIVEN THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

Fast service, and each plumber I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a huge sewer line repair that needed to be done, I called Rooter Ranger out and the team knocked it out of the park in under a week. They even replaced the rockscaping once they finished the job, which is something I've had to pay a separate company for with plumbers we used in the past. Very impressed will be using them again!

What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

Rooter Ranger recently replaced my sewer system under my house. They told me the job would be 5 days, it was 20 days. They showed up two hours or more late half of the time. They didn't show up for 3 of the days and never called me to tell me they weren't coming by. I tried to call and text the supervisor, Paul, and most of the time he would not answer or get back to me. They left the job with 4 items not completed. They were supposed to fix my bathtub faucet which drips, my bathroom sink faucet, hang a piece of drywall in my bathroom and clean up dirty black marks and boot prints on my carpet in two rooms. I kept trying to call and Paul would not answer or text me for two weeks. I did the survey and someone in branding called and left me a message. I called her back and she refused to talk to me. Someone in branding told me I have to talk to Paul. The one who won't answer me at all. A few days later a plumber did come by and attempt to fix my bathtub drippy faucet, he did fix my bathroom faucet and helped me cut a piece of wood to cover a hole in my wall. The plumber said someone named Devin would call me, and he hasn't yet. It's been a week. They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. They did not put plastic down on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet myself. I wouldn't use this company again, not even to unplug a toilet. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.
