Best HVAC System Repair in Henderson NV

Hi! Great install last Aug. everything went smooth and enjoy the lower electric bills.
Today I got a free summer ckup. Elite called to see if they could come early which was great!

The communication for the arrival of the technician was great and he arrived in the promised time frame. Joey was amazing. He explained how he had to fix the problem and also was very informative with other upcoming projects I have.

Joshua was well respectful and friendly. Explained everything during the inspection and what he as looking for and recommendations.

These guys are great, never had to worry and everything got done faster than I could have imagined. My house is cool!

I had this plumbing problem two weeks after moving in to a new place and no one was home at the time. I contacted my rental agency who sent out there plumber, he spent 15 min at my house made a huge mess didn't clean it up then told me we should not flush hair and female products, and paper towels down the toilet and this wouldn't happen. I was very upset he was beyond rude and when i tried to state I would never do such a thing he just said yeah right. second time same thing less than a week after he so called fixed it. so this time i call my own plumber( In House Plumbing ) I looked them up 4.6 star's in reviews and on the phone they were very professional, gave me an adiquite quote in detail. when they arrived in only 30 min BY THE WAY every other plumber i call had at least a 2 to three hour turn around they were able to find the problem quickly and fix it. I would like everyone to know they explained everything in detail cleaned up the mess that a overflow caused excellent excellent service very nice and relatable I was not talked to like i was a stupid female, so if you have plumbing issues they are the best I've already given their number to my friends and family. awesome job In House keep it up.

What a horrible school! They treat you bad here!! The teacher Ty is incompetent and unable to get lessons across! Totally disrespectful!! This is not the place to get your certification!! Nobody should have to put up with this place

My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest HVAC company, the give allstate service group a call. Sasha and olga are great. They will not BS you. He lays out all your options, gives you the pros and cons of each, then let you decide on what's most suitable for you. I never got the impression that he was misleading me or trying to sell me. Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

I feel so bad this company got a bad rep from other customers. I used them twice and always got my stuff done fast and with respect . It's true you can't please everyone, I just hope the tech's that gave bad service is not with the company anymore. My Tech was Antonio and he knew exactly what he was doing.
