Best Furnace Service in Henderson NV

Technician showed up as scheduled. He checked out the system and recommended what is needed to fix the system. The current heater/cooler is about 12 years old and worn out. The technician didn’t pull any punches and gave me all of the options. Technicians like this are hard to find. Honest and knowledgeable.

Have had many, many excellent services from Home Depot Store #3302. From Pro Installers to Warehouse Employees, no one can top this team of professionals. It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Beware of this rip-off, they want to charge 259 USD for the change of a capacitor of an AC which cost on ebay 14.95 USD included free shipping and maybe 5 minutes working time. The techican called the supervisor and he offered 165 USD when I organize the capacitor. We will never use them again.

Additional: This is the second feedback and I was waiting with this because needed information. Our second AC need a fill up and they want to charge us 593 USD...........just to fill up..........IMAGINE !!! Of course we said No to this scam too. Now the additional information: We bought the complete equipment with everything what you need to check and to fill by self (even the same brand Yellow Jacket which Hawthorne is using), included all tubes, gauges, vacuum pump, 25lb R410-A and even with an electronic leak detector for just and only 350 USD. Take a look on youtube and you will find a lot of videos how to do. It is not difficult and even you can do the service for your AC in your car by self. So our recommendation is very clear: Save tons of money and don’t support rip-off companies.

The first appt they didn't show up. The second appt they gave me a bid of 900$ to install a shower door. Bad business. DONT USE

I guess I should explain what happened, so our AC went out last night, and we were able to schedule something for this morning. One of the few companies that could get someone out so quickly and with a more precise timeframe. Ultimately went with this company because they could come the quickest and had only a 1hr time window. Glad we went with Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning, and definitely glad we got Thomas as our tech =)

I have my water softener leaking, I called them for help & got a couple options to fix it. I wanted to have it replaced with the basic one. I got a good price & good product working at my home. I am happy with the entire service they gave me

My only suggestion is that you reconsider the cost of the capacitor. Our son advised us they’re way cheaper than what was charged. I understand the technician did not determine the charge. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the AC and diagnosing the issue.

These guys are amazing.....and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. A sober living home full of women needed their help with the air. They came out and without hesitation donated the repairs. We are all in this together and when one of us needs help, its really cool, pardon the pun, to know that these guys are willing to step up and give !! Thanks so much

These guys have serviced various of my home’s issues. As a new homeowner I wanted to make sure HVAC and plumbing were up to date and free of needed repairs.In the Spring of 2023, I had my entire HVAC system looked at. Rick (Richard) did a proper and thorough inspection of the entire thing. He explained to me in ways I could understand to let me know that it would need to be replaced. He also showed me pictures of what he found and the why of it all. Obviously a brand new AC unit is a major investment so he additionally did the work tohelp me find a finance company to help me pay for it using a loan. A few hours later that day they came to install the new AC, and by the end of that day it was all complete and new.The installation was also professional and they ensured everything was clean and tidy when they finished.There’s a reason that Best Air & Plumbing is the best, their customer service is excellent along with their professionalism, honesty, and work ethic.Thank you for giving me peace of mind. I no longer have to worry if my AC will break down in the middle of a hot Vegas summer. Thank you all!

My appointment was scheduled very quickly, and the assigned Technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and found what was happening with my home's waterpipes quickly. For the duration of the issue's detection and repairs I noted the Tech to be very organized, prepared, and did a very thorough job in finding where my home's waterpipe was leaking which made his repairing it very fast. His efforts quickly found the issue, explained what repair work needs to be done and recommend ways for me to minimize water damage. Really happy with the quality of repair work done!
