Eric came out in short notice and gave a thorough diagnosis with many service options. He fixed the issue within an hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable!! We will definitely use Eric again for our A/C needs.

Not impressed with their service. They cancelled the plumber Maintenance inspection appointment I had with them two weeks in a row. Then they finally send someone and this guy Ivan comes out to inpect my water heater. He then drains it as part of the inspection and advises me that I should probably get a new heater. I decline that service. The next day i go into my garage and my water heater is leaking. Quiet a coincidene that my water heater was operating just fine prior to him coming out and then out of know where its starts leaking. Dont use these guys unless you feel like spending koney when you dont need too.

They broke the pipe connected to my toilet and shower from the bathroom to the middle of the master bedroom. It will cost over $6000 to fix the pipe and another $5-10k to redo the concrete slab, flooring, walls, etc. When I asked for their camera footage, they said it was stolen out of the tech's car the same day I requested it and sent me a police report with no dates or details....very suspicious

Excellent service, came out fast, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within the day. Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Service - this time/everytime

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. For example when I asked him if he will be cutting into the wall behind to replace he said do not worry about it. Overall not satisfied with my time with number 1 plumbing

Had my water main break. They came out we're very nice and professional. The guy looked all over for my shut off valve to my house which we found out I didn't have one just the valve in the sidewalk. So he gave me a reasonable estimate for the new line and to add a shut off valve to it. Had his people there two days later had it dug out and changed that day. Just had to wait for inspection so they could Burry it back up which was the next business day. they really did a great job cleaned up the mess and I can't even see where they dug up my yard.

Irwin came out to fix my broken water pipe today. Liked him the moment he stepped out of the truck. Came out with a great smile and shook my hand. He had to go under my house to fix the pipe. Not a fun job! He never once complained and made me feel like it was not a problem at all. I'm sure it was not fun. He came out with dirt all over him and still kept that amazing smile and personality! I will ask for him for now on. Also, the girl answering the phone today. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. I had called a few times today so she knows who she is. She is amazing as well! Fantastic personality and customer service. Took great care of me. Great customer service is not always easy to find. That's because you hired them all!!! Thank you!

I have a contract for yearly checkups on Heat, AC and plumbing. They've done the work since I moved to town. Though higher priced than most others services, the work and workman and thorough. They exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I just wish the prices were lower, especially since I am a customer with a contract and have had them do the upgrades (furnace, AC and hot water heater). Maybe something to consider for longstanding customers. I do like the fact that I don't have to call them for contractual service checkups...they call me.Everyone of their service techs know they're jobs.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
