Jesse was an excellent technition. He serviced my three air conditioning units with efficiency. Showed up to my place exactly at appointment time and explained what parts of my units were good and what parts could use some updating. I was very happy with Jesse and Elite.

2 other plumbing companies couldn't fix a difficult clog. Ace stayed late and got the job done at a great price. Very thrilled.

The tech Felipe was very professional and clear with everything he was doing. Everything seems good with my water heater.

They went out of the way to help me because I couldn't afford 1900 to fix our unit thanks to Brandi at the office for helping me make this work. Brian was amazing in getting our unit back on line I forgot the other young man's name he was great help also.

If it's commercial call someone else. They have you jumping through hoops just for a service fee

Johnny V. arrived on time the same morning I called about a leaky pipe in the attic. He was extremely polite, professional, and eager to thoroughly answer all of my plumbing questions, even those not explicitly related to the job at hand. His work was efficient and clean, and I was absolutely satisfied that he went out of his way to make sure the root of the problem was resolved.He did go pretty hard on a sales pitch for a large filtration/softener/service plan/ect. package. So if one-on-one sales situations make you nervous, maybe psych yourself up a bit. That said, nothing about said pitch seemed disingenuous, and I am considering at least some of what he offered. I won't fault a business for trying to do business after all.I can confidently say that Johnny and BEST will be my go to for plumbing and AC for the foreseeable future.

Bryce Kozminski from Superior Plumbing fixed a main shut off value in my home. He did a very nice job and I could tell he was proud of his work. The fitting he replace was done expertly and the area left nice and clean. Well done.

Took a while to figure out what the problem was (water leak) but finally after 5 times of investigating it was found and fixed. The senior tech Dwayne went above and beyond to check every pipe and every seal. Frustrating as it was for the last 6 months , I am finally able to enjoy my home.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
