Both service techs that came into my home were professional, friendly, and polite. They did a great job in a timely manner. This will be my go to company from now own.

Their customer service was stellar! They were very nice and friendly and worked efficiently and quickly. They were early and fixed everything even sooner than we had hoped.

I called to get a ball park estimate for a service that they should be able to quote over the phone. I was inquiring about how much they would charge to install a drip pan under a water heater that has no issues. No repairs, just an installation. I was informed that there is a $49.00 service fee for the estimate, and that amount could be applied to the service. I am not going to pay someone a set fee for an estimate in the event that they are more expensive than other people. As a Realtor I talk to quite a few people. Sunny will not be on my list of recommendations.

Aaron was very knowledgeable after 2 other vendor companies visited our home . Although it was his second visit for a fan non on the ac , he was very apologetic and got the job done

TL did our AC diagnosis and fixed our AC unit today, he was very professional, knowledgeable with a sense of integrity and honesty on the services he provided, traits that are very hard to find now days…He explained the whole process of the diagnosis and fixing of our AC unit step by step… Would definitely be using his services in the future…

The motor on my ac unit had died, and my air conditioner this wasn't cooling my home. I called these guys at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. The operator didn't really give me any time frame for my appointment, which was fine. I only asked for a half hour heads up before they were going to be there so i could get home from work and I went to work. I had no sooner arrived when I got a call that they were on their way. I turned around and went back home and their tech, Robert was about 5 minutes behind me. I led him to the stalled motor. He was friendly and professional. Robert spun the blade, which spun freely (meaning it hadn't seized) and checked the capacitor before determining the motor indeed needed replacing. He was done within about 45 minutes. Total cost for replacement was about $530. More than I really wanted to spend. My research said that the motor would cost between 50 and 300 dollars depending on make/model. I'm a computer technician, so I probably could have done it myself if I was OK with ordering a replacement motor, waiting several days for shipment (since it was a Friday, it likely wouldn't ship till Monday), hoping it was the right one, then teaching myself about ac unit while missing some needed diagnostic tools. It may have been a tad expensive, but considering first contact to finish was less than 2 hours on a Friday afternoon, I was thoroughly impressed.I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

About two months ago I've called to cancel my Sadie contract, yet they keep charging my credit card. I've called over 5 times, complained about this on their web site YET NOTHING GETS DONE! Obviously they are dysfunctional to deal with AND THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!!!

Had my house repiped because of ongoing slab leaks. The guys did an excellent job and was ontime. They even worked over to make the deadline in finishing the job. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and they are going in our phones in case a emergency plumbing problem shows up.

I had a water heater replaced at my elderly mother’s condo, and the crew involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Matt, Clayton, and Nick performed the work and all made sure to keep the home clean and had a friendly demeanor towards my mother and me. They performed the job quickly, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I felt comfortable enough leaving the employees with my mom which meant a lot to me. It goes to show you how well trained and friendly the staff is. There are a lot of choices for HVAC repairs, and plenty of people can perform the job, but I recommend this company because they take things a step further. To say I was impressed is an understatement.

Superior Plumbing and Drain has installed and serviced our water heater and water softener. i had a technical question on the water softener (after hours) and was promptly contacted by Bryce to walk me through my concerns. Bryce and his assistant followed up with a complimentary service call to my home to make sure everything was working efficiently.

IVAN called ahead of time to let me know he would be there soon.He arrived in a very clean van and he was clean as well.He explained the problem and was pleasant to deal with.He promptly fixed my kitchen light and was gone like it never happened.Excellent service. I think IVAN should get a raise.
