Josh Monroe is the best! He arrived when he said he would and brought everything he needed with him. I got an email with his picture telling me he was on the way and when he should arrive. The picture was a nice touch for the security conscious homeowner i.e. everybody. He put on cloth booties over his sneakers before entering, asked me a couple of questions and went straight to the attic to take a look. Two more trips up and down the ladder and my furnace was fully operational again. He wasted no time, knew exactly where to look and even took time for a quick round of “stump the dummy” with my stupid user questions. Thanks Josh.

Had a shower valve installed by number 1 plumbing, the technician had very poor communication did not let us know what was going on. He was walking in and out of my home and not communicating and telling us what was happening, if he was getting parts, or getting what was needed ready to be installed or if he was leaving or anything. when I asked questions (because I am a service/mechanical plumber) it seemed like he blew me off and gave me very short responses. Awesome company to do business with.I had the opportunity to meet Brennan my plumbing technician. He explained everything he was doing and I got to watch him perform his duties. We found the blockage and he was able to clear the clog and I got to see the condition on the pipes and it was going to need a pressure cleaning service. So for now my sink is working great and I happened to become a member of there maintenance club for maintaining my AC and Plumbing systemsThank you Brennan you have a lifetime customer.

Only took one day in order to get a technician to my house after I called, and it wasn't an emergency. Angelica was my technician and she was AWESOME! She was extremely detailed and thorough with her review of my air conditioning system and even cleaned up some wire issues, just because she is THAT professional. THE most honest technician I have ever met in years. He could have charged me a svc fe and told me anything to make money on a job. But this angel came here and explained the hows and whys of my system and that it works fine.. it's only the low temps that are causing the problem.
