Best Air Conditioner Service in Henderson NV

They installed are current A/C unit and have serviced for the last 3 years. Gave us the best option for what we could afford. Service calls are always on time; usually towards the front end of their arrival window. I've had no issues to date.

Amazing service from Mike S. & Brendan! Considering the name of this company, they offer Home Water Filtration + Water Softener systems. With Vegas being known for its hard water this was an investment.Mike was very professional & informative with the entire process and provided options that catered to my household when providing a quote. He also came after the install to inspect the system, go over it with us & ensure we were satisfied.Brendan, the mastermind to this install was very friendly, efficient & thorough. I called Ideal Services and requested service for my downstairs toilet. Although they only needed to tighten some bolts to stop the leak, they replaced all the parts so we know that everything was fixed 100%. We probably would have used this business had they ever gotten back to us about the problem and a fix. The technician showed up on time, and promised to send photos and get an additional opinion. We never heard back. The reason they get a 3 is because he showed up early.
