Great Company to work with. They really helped me with the purchase of new AC units for my house. They did a fast, quality installation the same day I decided on the new units. I highly recomend them.

Excellent service. Air conditioner was not working and it was 108 degrees outside. Called Ambient, they were at the house within two hours. Brian was professional, friendly and thorough.

Our main water line was leaking. Allstate gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we don't have water. Rafiq the technician arrived early and spent an hour explaining the process. We were informed if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner and went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alex. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted. In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.

The plumber did a good job. But I bought my own garbage disposer. They were charging 3-4 times the price you can buy from Home Depot.

In less than 12 hours, from noticing AC issue at 10:00pm , to Goettl setting appt , sending an amazing tech ( Daniel Chavarin) out in the morning , fixing the problem, and on his way!Highly recommend this company! Keep in mind this is Las Vegas at 112 degrees and AC service and repair around town is at maximum capacity!!!Their customer service is out of this world and they are a pleasure to deal with.Thank you so much Daniel!

Great experience. Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year, and Billy came out within an hour of when we called. Unfortunately, the part was not available until the next morning, but Joe showed up bright and early at 8:30 to install the part. We are really pleased with their quick service during their busiest season of the year.
