They came to our new home and did a free inspection, showed us what kind of dirt and dust was in the vents. They scheduled us the next day for a cleaning. Punctual, professional, overall a fantastic job. The house smells cleaner and the air and heat are working so well. I can’t recommend this service and this company enough!Update: previous review was in October of 2018, we have now been in our home one year and just got a check up/duct clean. The dirt and dust was minimal compared to what we saw a year ago! Such a great service to keep up on and it’s made such a difference in my home. Love this company!

We had Goettl install 2 new AC units last October, empty promises of being there when we need them. For one, the techs that came out left a mess outside & inside out bedroom, trash, etc. One of the closets had to have the wall mounted items removed and reinstalled after, which the repair guy they had come did a HORRIBLE JOB! They shelves ended up collaping and damaging some items. I tried calling Armando about this and the fact that our room was not cooling as promised, no call back. Didn't think much of it over the winter, now that it is higher Temps again, I called for maintenance, was told a higher price than what was quoted, a manager was supposed to call me to discuss issues, no call back. Scheduled maintenance from their service plan, was told a different date, somehow, over a month out. So much for being there!

I have done business with them a few times and it has always been a great experience. Most recently we had a hepa filtration system with the UV light. Price was great and they came right out and did a great job installing it. A+

Pure Plumbing did a complete internal repipe for my house. Highly recommend the company. We were always called when they will arrive. They always come in time and were very understanding with our water needs. Very impressed that they wore shoe covers and always clean the working area. The job was complete in 4 days as promised. Will use the company again!

Best was top notch from the beginning. The woman who scheduled our appointment was very personable and efficient. She scheduled the appointment for the same day and when our technician, Matt was on his way, he notified us . Matt was a great technician. I would highly recommend this company. Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
