Our well died on a Saturday night and we called them Sunday morning. They were in Sunday School and stepped out of the room to take our call. Couldn't believe it!! Then they were at our house by 1 pm and worked until 4. Had to replace our well pump. Long and difficult job, but they were SO NICE and the owner even talked to our insurance agent on the phone and wrote up a report for us to give to our homeowners insurance. My husband and I can't say enough good things about these people. Honest, trustworthy and impeccable work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Very thorough guys, knowledgeable about the Ins and outs of AC Units

I was a customer of CFW before they went out of business, I had tried to call them to change my contact information. I got no response. Water improvement technologies didn't reach out to me when they bought the customer list. I had to reach out to my finance company to get their number. One good thing is Spencer allowed me to split my payment in half, but I noticed a double pending charge on my bank account. Does anyone know whom to contact about cfw going out of business without telling their customers, and leaving everyone to still pay for the water systems?

A plumber named Buddy came to check inside my home for possible leaking or running water and the were no running toilets in my home at all. I left him to check the guest bathroom on the first floor for 5 minutes and all of a sudden the toilet was running so loudly I could hear it in the other room. Instead of locating the issue as to why my meter is running at quadruple the normal usage, he was lazy and tried to make it as though it was due to my toilet running and it was not running prior to him arriving. He didn't even come in with any tools other than a small flashlight. The check of the rest of the home was superficial and nothing I could not and did not already do. He was there about 10 minutes total and didn't even offer to correct the tiny issue he had obviously caused. I would never recommend this company to anyone and in fact have launched a complaint with the BBB.

They didn’t even pull the toilet to make sure it wasn’t lodged in the toilet.

Best part. Work not guaranteed and this was for the first 2 hours.

I then called Martin bradley plumbing and they were able to come out and confirm I did not have a blockage used their cameras AND fixed my water pressure and cleaned a drain for $233 dollars.

What master plumbers is doing is taking advantage of their customers. The owner even called to try to sell me. Told me they price match but ONLY if it’s a similar company and they MUST drug test and background test their employees. Unethical is an understatement.

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.
If you want a better than competitive price, outstanding service you're looking at the right company.

Great experience! I used Dave's Plumbing a repair thru my warranty company. The first plumber came out and did all he could and the toilet worked fine..until a few weeks later I noticed the problem again. Well this time DAVE himself came out and made it convenient for me and I feel confident that he did all he could to fix my problem!
