He listened to what we were trying to get “the other guys” to understand but they just kept putting refrigerant back in just for the same problem to arise two weeks later! Tommy came he found the leak quick and was one of the most knowledgeable techs I’ve ever dealt with! They forever have our business!! $254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
