Did not perform the repair. Charged $192 for housecall and diagnosis. The diagnosis was wrong. It was a thermal couple problem, not a gas valve. Claimed to have examined tank. Did no such thing. Pushed the igniter a few times and misdiagnosed the problem first as a lack of gas (proven to him to be wrong by taking him to the kitchen and lighting the stove) then spent half an hour on the phone and writing a bunch of lies about what he did and saying it would cost another $600.00 to fix it. I want a refund.

Ever since they got hold of my contact information, they call several times per day, five days per week, for months. At this point I have their number blocked, but that doesn't stop them from leaving several messages per day.

Trying to get a good plumber out in the Lexington North Carolina area can be a real challenge. Most of the plumbers will not even answer their phone. Or if they do have secretaries, they usually charge individual homeowners way too much for small plumbing needs. This company is very professional and answers the phone, which makes your small jobs in your house, and does it efficiently and with good value. Mike and Braxton were very good technicians who came out to my house. I've got to give major kudos to Mike he seems very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years of honorable service if you have plumbing needs in the Lexington North Carolina region. This is the company to call.
