We woke up on a Sunday morning without water, our plumber was unavailable and we took a chance and just called T.W. Stanley from a google search. He answered the phone, told us he would be here within the hour and showed up on time, diagnosed a bad well pump and tank and we had water by 11:30. They were professional, on time and a gave a quote before starting the work. Needless to say, we have a new plumber!

I made an appointment for there AC check special. This is there way of trying to get you to buy a new system. Got a second opinion and all I needed was freon. Basically the service guy will pull up your property and try to sell you a unit claiming that your unit is out of date. Call someone else!!! Look up there poor reviews on Yelp😉

It is Christmas and I am busy with baking and cleaning and the water line to the ice maker developed a leak. Had to turn the water to the house off. Called Mike who said they would have some one out the next day. Okay so I can live without water for a day. A couple of hours later Mike calls. He is in the neighborhood and wants to stop by. He stopped the leak wished us a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. I would definitely use him again.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

I had a leak in the main sewer line in my home. I called spoke with the operator who was friendly and professional.She was able to get Kraven and Zach to my home within an hour. They fixed the problem. Kraven and Zack were knowledgeable, efficient and professional.The price was reasonable and no hidden charges. I will always call Pete Wall for my plumbing needs. They have created an app for a radio station. They constantly make it restart so their advertisements play again.
That is aggravating and sort of back handed.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
